The Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown Riverfront opened in 2011 and was the first of the Indigo brand to open in Louisiana. The hotel is the result of a $25 million renovation of a building that was originally known as the "Hotel King" before becoming a dormitory and a state office building. The 93-room, 7-story building offers the "upscale boutique" feel indicative of the Indigo brand. On-site refreshments are available from the King Bar & Bistro. It's within walking distance of the Riverfront Convention Center.
Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown is part of the Hotel Indigo chain.
