  Yes, you read that correctly. The soap that was left for us was a barely re-packaged bar of soap for shower use. The hotel room was visibly dirty; such as little garbage all the floor and some sticking out from under an dresser. There were a ton of cosmetic issues--one example, huge blobs of plaster all over the back of the bathroom door. Not to mention the partially recessed hole in the ceiling with a poor plaster attempt there as well--I expected bugs to crawl out any minute. As for the hot breakfast that is advertised--the only "hot breakfast" that was available was coffee--no food, no kidding. Also, the side hotel entrance doors were unlocked the entire time with complete public access to the hotel. The swimming pool was small--we didn't dare risk swimming. Judging by the debris everywhere--I would be hard pressed to believe it was clean (or safe) to swim in. The layout of the room itself (1 King size bed) was great--there was even a door that separated the "bedroom" part from everything else. The front desk staff were kind. It's really unfortunate that the hotel is so rundown and neglected. With a little effort (cleanliness, minor repairs everywhere, actual breakfast food) it could really be someplace great.
