The overall staying was good. Most of the front desk were friendly and some in aprticular very heplful. The rooms are confortable and modern. Maybe the hotel should be able to provide a quicker reply when a room change is asked by guests due to particular circunstances. However, on the whole, the hotel is good value for staying in NY because of the location (you are close to underground stations to move around up and down the city) and even you can walk to some city attractions from there.

We were pleasently surprised how nice our hotel was. The staff was very friendly. The facilites were clean. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. We could hear alot of traffic noise at night, but it went along with our whole NY experience. The location was good because we were right in/near Chinatown and Little Italy was a few blocks away. Lots of many good places to eat. We will have to go back to NY and we will definitley stay here again!

Practically a BRAND NEW Hotel.. I stayed there during Labor day weekend '09. Pleasant staff..Bed was comfy..nice view of the Manhattan Bridge...(stay on highest level) The downside is that there are NO King size bed options. Just queen size. The room itself is kinda small, just enough walk space (around the bed). Breakfast is on the skim side.. a boiled egg, toast and jelly. Don't expect a Buffet here!!
