Yes this restaurant has nice employees in the food section but total CHAOS during breakfast, people running over people, and fighting for a spot in line for an omelet, its is crazy packed for breakfast, my suggestion is have 1-7 floors attend from 6-730 and 8-14 floor attend after, omg its like a rat race in there come on management open your eyes.

I got locked out of my room for 15 minutes, the key wouldn't work, and it was 2 days till checkout. Also when I got home to look at my account, i was charged 2 times incorrectly by this hotel. They charged * for our hotel bill that included the Oasis Restaurant and room service, but the recent they gave me before I left was 87.66, and on top of that I was charged * for no reason. I called the hotel, spoke to Eric Castro who said the charges should have only been a total of *, he said the remainder will be returned to me in 3 days, however he did not apologize. I will not be staying here next weekend.

I only book embassy suites. I love the hot breakfast! Managers staff and valet were all VERY friendly. & if you need a toothbrush or razor or comb they have it (free of charge.) I didn't make it to managers recep.(free spirits) but I will make it next time! They pillows were abit uncomfortable but it was fine.

We have stayed at Embassy Suites Hotels everytime we travel and this was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms were very clean, quiet, very modern in design, and best of all COMFORTABLE!! The breakfast was great, eggs made to order, a great selection of cereals, drinks, breads, and sides. The staff was also wonderful, very polite, and always attentive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
