This hotel was amazing, I loved it..It was everything that can look for in a hotel..the staff was great..and all the restaurants were closer then I could imagine..Can't wait till my next stay..

05/22/2010Absouletly the worst hotel i have ever been in ,the staff except for the maintenence guy and bar tender were non careing and bland,my room had no hot water ...
absouletly the worst hotel I have ever been in ,The staff except for the maintenence guy and bar tender were non careing and bland,my room had no hot water and when told it was fixed after a long day at work was not.I had to change rooms and my new room was not easy entry you had to kick the door several times because the lock had been replaced wrong and noone was able to fix it at the time .Had to have my room card redone several times but I never kept them near any other card or phone,over all just a shame that this huge place is going to hell.But xyz THE GIRL AT THE CAFE WAS EXCELLENT!

04/21/2010The hotel was nice, clean and kid friendly. all the shops and disney parks were 5min from the hotel not to mention all the great restaurants were in walking distance.
