I love this hotel!!! Everything about it was great! Location, staff, cleanliness, and decor!!! It was awesome and I would definetely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in the Galleria area.

Loved it!!!! First off. I loved the contemporary style of it. The staff was very friendly and the room was just what I needed. I had a great view and the set up allowed me to relax and enjoy my time there. I will def be going back. I live in Houston and want to visit more often. That is how great it is. I loved the wi-fi and went to get work done. I love the location, right in the middle of the action! You cant find a better hotel for the price. It is a great value for what you pay.

Hotel was clean, room was good. Only issue was noise from party and party participants. We were told that there is an "event" at the hotel every 1st friday and we happen to be there then. Noise was extreme and we didn't get much sleep but overall had it not been for the "event" would have been nice.

stayed new years night, staff friendly but seemed unprepared to handle loud party next door. after all said and done proved themselves to be willing to make it all right. the beds were most comfortable and the hotel is very handy to lots of downtown stuff. hotel seemed very new. lots of chrome and glass. almost seemed clinical but really more ultra mod.check parking rates. valets we dealt with were very up on where things were. be aware that parties may break out in lobby. that was kind of neat. they aloha a lot here also. would give them a try again in a heartbeat.
