My room was nice and spacious, Check-in was fast and friendly. The L train ran right by my window, so it was a bit loud. Free parking is probably the best feature of this place. The neighborhood has nothing going on and it's hard to get a cab. No free breakfast I was disappointed that the hotel is marketed as being the closest hotel to McCormick place, This was a huge factor when I booked the room. It may be close geographically, but it's not within walking distance due to the layout of the roads. This being the case, you either need to drive or take a cab to McCormick. Other hotels in the area have shuttles to McCormick Place, giving them an advantage. When you factor in the extra cab fares you'll incur due to the location, the cheaper price loses its advantage. Internet connection was slow.

Room wasn't ready when we got there. Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Free parking lot available for guests but A PARKING SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED. 10 minute walk to China Town and subway. Bus stop next to hotel. Internet is wired and was down but they said AT&T was working on it.

This hotel was a great bargain. On a previous review, it stated that there was no parking and it was in a bad location, but I beg to differ. The rooms were extremely spacious, courteous staff, ample secured parking, and the location was not horrible. It is near the UIC and the McCormick Center.

The room was ok, but they only had 2 bath towels on a real hot muggy day I don’t like to reused towels not even at my house , room has no COFFEE I’m don’t ask for a full breakfast bar just some coffee, other than the little room store they have. I won’t stay there again. I don’t even mention been waken up at 6 am to some one fitting on the hall way.
