Unexpected gem
11/16/2010The hotel is nestled just off interstate 5, but you cannot hear the traffic from the room. the room was quite nice, and the breakfast was fresh, varied, and good.

My family and I booked this motel for a trip to Disneyland. It is no where near as nice as what the pictures try to represent. It is poorly renovated, the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor breathing. The walls in the bathroom were so filthy and it looked as though they had never cleaned around the toilet. The floors did not look like they had been cleaned either. The blankets smelled so bad we had to take them off the bed (like body oder). When we complained the manager (some middle eatern guy) he was very rude and disrespectful about the whole thing. Needless to say we will not be staying in this filth of a MOTEL again.

We reserved this place for 3 nights but only stayed 1. When we complained to the management, they suggested it was just fleas and they would move us. They basically brushed us off to keep us quiet from the other guests. What, they don't think I can tell the difference between a bed big and flea, give me a break, I am not stupid. My poor 3 yearold got the worst of it. Pay the extra couple of dollars a night a stay some place else.
