  I stayed at this hotel for a couple days & on my last day when the valet driver pulled my van to the front I noticed that my van had either been side swiped or ran into something. My van has a dent on the corner of my bumper & scrapes & dents along the passenger side of a brand new not even 24 hour old van. I'm never staying here again. Not to mention the hotel still haven't called me about this situation.

  For $* per night you get what you get. The service was poor. These are the things you must bring to stay at this hotel: Your own ice, towels, coffee cup and glasses. But most importantly, your own customer service. The front desk was just rude. Other than that the room was great, bed was comfortable.

  I just returned from my stay at the st. regis in detroit 1/16/11. the 1st room that they checked me into have potato chips all over the floor ...

  I just returned from my stay at The St. Regis in Detroit 1/16/11. The 1st room that they checked me into have Potato chips all over the floor and a red stain on the carpet. The second room was cleaner but I woke up next to a bed bug. There is a reason the price is so cheap!! So Beware!!

  I stayed one night & was skeptical because the room was only $*. I didn't know what to expect with such a low rate. The room was clean & the service was prompted. It's by Wayne State University so travel down Woodward ave. & there's plenty of bars. The only thing i didn't like was that i requested for 2 queen size beds and got only 1 king size. There were also lots of Chicago Bear fans that were partying the whole night in the hallways.
