01/28/2011We have stayed here on three different occasions and i love the location and amenities. they have bottled water always available..which let's face it saves lots of packing ...
We have stayed here on three different occasions and I love the location and amenities. They have bottled water always available..which let's face it saves lots of packing and money on spending on bottled water in the big city. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was good. Beds and size of the rooms are very nice! Would for sure stay again!

The rooms were clean and up to date. The staff was friendly upon arrival. This was a surprise based on the reviews I read. It is VERY conveniently located (across the river from the Trump). especially liked the chilled bottled water on every floor(sure beats the old Ice Machine!). Would stay there again. Restaurant is just average.

The room was great, location perfect, restaurant and bar on site also very nice. The exercise room is not much but it is at least there as an option. I will certainly try to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Chicago. Maybe I should keep it a secret so I can always get a room!

The hotel was nice and the location is great! We arrived 3 hours before the check-in and our room was ready. The room is small but really how much time should you be spending in the room. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They also let us store our bags in the hotel until we were ready to leave after we checked out of the room. As for location you are in the middle of everything. I will stay here again!
