We called from airport due to not able to catch the flight, picking up from the airport was very quick. The driver was very polite and nice.room was very clean and nice. Next day droping of very early in morning was great , driver was waiting for us. We experience very good service by all the staff.

Son and I stayed overnight here, Definatly dated. Did not care for the sheets, no fitted sheet, shower leaked, but not loud. Indoor pool is made of steel and you can see several rust spots all over pool and ladders. But water crystal clear. Front desk staff very friendly. For the price it's ok for one night. The surrounding area doesn't seem very safe. For a price you don't expect the Marriot or 4-5 stars. Several fast food chains within 5 mins drive. A mexican restaraunt located walking distance like 200 ft from motel. I believe it was a go cart track across the street. TV guide in room was expired. Vending machines charge for a can of pop. Wi-Fi worked great. Was very fast. Locaton is about 10 minutes from Browns Stadium, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Im not saying this is a terrible place to stay, I'd recommend it if you just want an expensive place to stay for a short time. We might stay here again for when we want to spend the day in Cleveland, otherwise, I would not stay here for a long period. The beds were comfy, despite the sheets, 5 pillows for a king bed was nice. Large room, table with 2 chairs, tv ok, limited channel selection but ok. Bathroom was clean. No foul odors as written in other reviews. Staff was great

Hotel rate is very very reasonable. I read others reviews and surprise to see how people can be so cheap. I paid 40 bucks and got very clean room and good service. This place is good for low budget people like myself and I will be back.
