Front desk was freindly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and quiet (6th floor). Some TV features did not work. No ice machine - ice was available at bar in lobby. Fair value for price.

No Parking Lot Security

Rooms were adequate, staff friendly. No Parking lot security...equaled a smashed window and stolen property. It was done to 2 cars that night. I was parked in handicap spot in front of building. Management stated It happens... we are by the mall and it is the holiday time. Management was helpful on taping the window and clean up of glass but if it is known to the hotel that it occurs a word of warning should be given before someone gets hurt.

My friends enjoyed it when I came to visit them. They live in Maryland, but never knew about the hotel till I was there. They wish they could reside in it. If I ever come back, that will be my choice of stay. Everyone goes out there way to help you, and meet your need. Great customer service and cleanliness.

The hotel was great. The employees were very courteous, great service, and rooms were very clean. The hotel had shuttle service to anything within a 5 mile radius which was very convenient. Would recommend it to anyone.
