I enjoyed my stay here at Aloft National Harbor. The staf was very helpful, professional and pleasant. The hotel decor was very modern and tasteful. The room was breathtaking with the glass wall overlooking the city. Mostly importantly it was clean. The only downside to this hotel is that there really wasn't anything going on outside the hotel. The Harbor was quiet with just a few people about and all the stores/cafes closed early. Very picturesque setting however.

The hotel was a cool looking place, but not family friendly at all. The rooms were small with no dresser space or room to move around. There were no amenities at all! Everything was ala carte. The National Harbor area is beautiful, but it is so new that it is not recognized on our GPS, so we found ourselves battling the 496 beltway at many times trying to navigate to our hotel. Our stay was for a culteral visit to Washington, DC, and we would have been better off staying in Alexandria which has easier access to the highway and subway systems. The hotel fitness area was very good, but the pool was a joke! It was tiny with limited hours. Once again, not a good fit for people traveling with children.

The Nationa Harbour Aloft was great. The room was very clean and the decorating was very pleasing to the eye. The staff were helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to return to the National Harbour Aloft.

Excelent area, nice and clean hotel for the price.No free brakfast. It does not have its own parking, but you can use a private one associated with them for 10 dollars per day.It is located in a nice, peaceful new harbor area with expenses restaurants, lacated 22 minutes away from the Washington Mall. The staff was friendly. They don't have a restaurant, it is only a sanck court, however I will stay here again. One tip: When you leave the parking make sure you insert first the hotel card and then your ticket other wise you have to pay upfront rather then being added to your charges.
