I couldn't believe the awesome location of this property; it seemed to be in the middle of everything I wanted to do. I was also pleased with the bed; it was so comfortable I almost didn't do what I wanted to do in the city, to enjoy it more. And the room was so huge I kept turning into the wrong doorway--not a problem I typically have in a hotel room--it was definitely a SUITE. Great view of Michigan Avenue, had a washer & dryer IN my room and lots of space to spread out. The staff was awesome, even under pressure/really busy, they took care of me from the second I walked in to the second I left and even when I needed to come back for something. Excellent Service!!

We booked this hotel not sure what to expect--the price was quite low given it is right on Michigan Avenue. We stayed in two-room suites complete with kitchens and laundry facilities. Our rooms were quiet and the location of the hotel is far better than I expected given the cost. The breakfast was more than adequate and the overall stay was no-frills but still very enjoyable. The only minor issue is finding parking--the hotel does not do it's own valet parking, but otherwise our stay was excellent.
