We stayed there for 4 nights and paid for the unlimited in & out vallet parking which was well -worth it because we were constantly going in & out. Our car was brought out quickly and they were friendly. We were with a Huge group of swim parents & the hotel manager saw our need & gave us a meeting room every night. The staff was very helpful & friendly and even the maids had eye contact & engaged in pleasantries. The hotel is new;2 years old, clean, & beautiful. They have an adequate fitness room that you have to cross the lobby to get to. We had a fabulous breakfast each morning & late night dinners in the hotel restaurant. We had a fridge in our room & could keep our leftovers & reheat in the room microwave. The bathroom was nice-sized & very clean & had plenty of room for the toiletries bag under the sink counter. The shower was nice & they are using the Neutrogena dispensers for a nice-quality body wash, shampoo & conditioner.

We stay in Minneapolis/St Paul quite a few times per year- visiting friends and relatives, shopping, theater, etc. This hotel was a great deal, nicely located and a very friendly and helpful staff. We had some drinks both before and after dinner at the little bar off the lobby- they had some nice wines from which to choose. The room was clean and comfortable, the decorating was up-to-date. I really have no complaints at all!

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn just across from the Convention Center the beginning of July. I have never been so impressed with the high quality of service, the room, the food and especially the staff. Each person I encountered at the desk, the servers at dinner, and any question I raised over the phone was dealt with in a professional and also friendly manner. They all seemed to enjoy their work, had smiles and greetings for everyone, remembered your name, and were great. Although this hotel is not linked by the skywalk to the convention Center it is less than a block away and was closer more convenient than three of the other hotels that were used during my time there. The desk and the great desk chair, the free internet, the flat screen TV, the bed and the appointments in the room were wonderful. Did I like my time there ...Oh yes I did. Enjoy.
