  This hotel is conveniently located, access to and from was easy. It's beautifully decorated and the amenities were incredible! Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. Our room was amazing - everything you could possibly want or need. We were very pleased! However, our pleasure didn't last long as the room above ours was so noisy that I finally called the front desk around 3:30am to ask if anything could be done. It sounded like someone jumping off of furniture or dropping/pushing heavy boxes etc. It made our entire room shake non stop and we were unable to sleep through it. Nothing changed - the shaking, thumping and bumping continued until we finally gave up and checked out - very tired and annoyed.
