  Front Desk friendly, efficient and helpful Visited numerous times with different employees to hold bags, get information, dining recommendations. We were immediately upgraded when we arrived, no complaint here. The room was really neat, and very clean. Security greets you very pleasantly at the door - elevator can't run without your card - very good. I would do this again if I come to New York.
