  We were recently "snow bound" in Reno wih all the mountain passes closed (images of Donner Party come to mind). XYZ the hotel manager went out of his way to check road conditions and made alternate arrangements for us a we had to re-plan our trip. Greatly appreciate the time and effort Cesar made to ensure we were looked after. Much appreciated!
