The good, room was ready for check in, great size and furnishings. The bad, very over persistent bellmen, parking decks elevators were too far away from main lobby and spaces, housekeeping forgot to clean the room, main hotel had four elevators that stayed packed due to convention in town as well as New Years Eve. Had to pay for wi-fi in room but was free in lobby.

Hotel was exactly as described in web site. Room was equiped just as was presented on site. Staff was very friendly and helpful. our waiter at the Sunday mornng breakfast buffet was very nice and acomodating to the children ( our group consisted of 6 kids total). Would consider staying here again.

My wife and I were less then satisfied with our stay at the Hilton July,2010. The Service at the desk and door was great. However, the room seemed a bit weak ( and dirty) for a 4 star. We were mostly let down with our room service, which not only took 2 hours for french fries, but were terrible and lacking and condiment, or even napkins. Big plus to the fella in the bar who made some mad sangrias.

The room was nice. The view was not what I would consider a harbor view! Considering I had just spent almost a month in another Hilton that had free internet, and then went to the one in Baltimore where the prices were not cheap. Needless to say I would not pay the price for the Internet connection and would do without. Most of the other hotels nearby offer free wireless, as we found out from others staying there, compared to having to pay high fee. This is a nice hotel, but overpriced.
