This hotel is not as luxuious as other AC hotels, but we had a lovely stay there. Comfy king size bed and pillows, nice linens, clean room, just about all you could ask for. The staff was courteous and helpful. We could walk or take a taxi to the various casinos. Nice bar and grill across the street too. My only complaint is that at checkout, it is next to impossible to get an elevator, and the only stairs are the fire stairs, so plan accordingly. Otherwise, I can't say enough good things.

My husband and I stayed there as a quick getaway and were impressed. The staff was awesome, they were extremely helpful in giving us ideas on where to go etc. After reading a lot of the reviews about the location (safety) I will say it is not in the best area, however it is a block away from the boardwalk. As long as you do not walk around the neighborhood (but most of the time people head straight to the boardwalk) you are in good shape. I would hands down go there again based on the staff alone! Also, I would recommend this as a great place to stay with a great value.

This experience was great! The hotel staff was very welcoming and the room was clean. I was not sure if there was a public computer from the information I had when I booked, but was very happy to find 2 computers available for guest use. My room was on the 16th floor and the view was great. The hotel is about a block (very easy walk) from the boardwalk, Resorts and Taj Mahal hotels, Hard Rock Cafe. Directly across the street was the Atlantic City Bar and Grill where I had dinner the first night. (Go for the Lobster Bisque Soup it was to die for). Dan at the front desk was very helpful and considerate. He understood my concerns about walking alone and advised me appropriately, so I had no problems, even after dark. Overall a very pleasant experience and I the best recommendation I could give is that I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay feel like home (with a maid!). By the way, I had dinner the second night at Breadsticks located in the Resorts hotel (off the boardwalk). The Seared Salmon with vinegarette dressing was amazing. I had dinner around 8:30pm and there were very few people in the restaurant on a Thursday evening. After dinner I walked along the boardwalk and enjoyed all the lights. The only thing that could have made this trip better was more time!

We stayed during the very busy day of the Annual Air show. Check in was a breeze and staff was very attentive and friendly. I always have concerns about staying in Atlantic City. You have to be careful that you’re not in a party or prostitute hotel. I was very pleased to find business people and families as guests. There were no undesirables in the hotel. Everything was ultra new and clean. I will definitely stay again. Was also pleased to find a refrigerator in our room.

Stayed for 1 day in April 09. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable Would definitely recommend this hotel. If you are a smoker stay at a different hotel, as no smoking is allowed and if you break the rule you will be charged a fee for cleanup.
