  The hotel is only a year old and everything is tastefully decorated. It has a modern feel. Our room was very clean and felt fresh. The young staff was everywhere and eager to help and accomodate our needs. We requested extra towels and shampoo by phone and they were delivered within minutes of the call.. The only meal we ate in the restaurant was breakfast. We could have ordered from the menu, but we chose to eat from the buffet as there was a wide variety of choices. The hotel is in a great location in walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center, eateries, etc. If I were traveling in the Phoenix area again, I would choose the Sheraton.

  This was by far the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff there made us feel like we were the only two people in the hotel, from the Concierge to the very helpful valet staff. Our room was gorgeous, hotel was beautiful but we were definitely blown away by the attentive staff! We will definitely return!
