I stayed at The Holiday Inn in March 2011. The location was great right near a light rail stop and close to downtown. The rooms were modern and clean. The front desk staff was great however the morning wait staff in the resturant sucks (he can't work under pressure). Having said that we chose not to eat there because of him. I didn't use the pool because it was too cool. Overall great stay and would stay there again.

Updated room was clean and actually quiet. Stayed on a working trip. Pleasant decor for a hotel in this range. Small desk, internet, small fridge in room made for it suitable for business traveler. Breakfast buffett was average, but fine. Good updated bed - slept well. Location is good for easy short access to downtown, via rail or down 7th by car. Safeway three blocks down the street for supplies and food. Staples one block the other way. Comments on limited parking in front are accurate. Garage is a block down the side street. But, probably no longer a walk then you would incur at a larger property. Not a resort like other area properties, so my rating is very good but its not the Biltmore. Of course you are not looking fo that if you are reading this. Would stay again.

Very clean. Had great veiw. I just wish the windows would had open to get some fresh air. Was a bit stuffy at times. Was in a very walkable area, and that was nice too. Close to everything for us.

The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were updated and large. The bed was comfortable and the decor was fancy. The only complaints would be the parking as there are only a few parking spots at the hotel otherwise you have to park in a neighboring hotels parking lot about a block away. The service was wonderful and we enjoyed their patio.
