Hotel was in the Downtown Area of Phoenix. The structure was older but, the rooms were completely remodeled and they each had an Iron and Hair Dryer. Flat screen TV's and a Desk along with Microwave and Refrigerator. Front Desk was courteous and provided continental breakfast to go. Danish, fruit, juice, and coffee.

I checked into my room and immediately knew I wanted out. It was dark and smelled like a basement (moldy smell). After going back and forth about it with the manager, he finally assured me that they would return my credit card charge and I left. Surprise, they never returned my charge. I contacted Travel agncy but they said it was up to the hotel to do that. I would not give this hotel buisness again.ABC

I was in town visiting some friends. This place was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms, I couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast in the morning was great too. Centrally located to all that I wanted to do. Will definitely be back next time I visit!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband on 4-16-10 for 2 nights, while visiting friends in the area. We were amazed at how clean and comfortable it was for the rate. The staff was also very helpful. We were able to use the internet without a problem also. My husband and I also loved the location, very close to restaurants. We would stay again when back to the area.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the convention center. I found the staff to be very friendly. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to convention center and restaurants. The rooms were in good shape and clean. I was a little nervous about the hotel at first because of the price, however once I arrive it was great. It was also nice to have the internet for this price. I would stay again if in the area.
