This hotel was great. Very clean. We stayed in a king suite and the bed very comfy and bathroom very nice. The people at the front desk were very nice and accomodating. The hotel seemed new. The location is great for shopping. You can walk thru a "town center" type shopping area with all kinds of restaurants and shops. One mile from the pavillion. Only downfall was the train nearby but we only heard it once in the morning.

I try to stay at upscale hotels, and had never tried a Hampton Inn before. But it was only 5 miles from my meeting, with nothing else in the area, so I tried it with misgivings after reading the negative review. I found it to be a lovely place with a well-appointed, very clean room (even a microwave), state of the art workout facilities and indoor pool, and excellent breakfast. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, especially the desk clerk who checked me in and went out of his way to give me the quietest room available. I'm looking forward to some opportunity to stay there again.

A frequent train crosses Route 29 in front of the hotel that is required to sound it's horn at each crossing. It is really loud and it's the hotel's policy to warn travelers of the horn AT CHECK IN which seems a little late. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the train.

Terrific staff. Friendly, professional and helpful. Very clean top to bottom. Breakfast was not spectacular, but good. Very nice atmosphere. Overall, I would say, one of, if not the best non-resort hotel I've stayed in in recent memory. Plenty of nearby restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend, and I plan to return in my future business travels.
