They seemed to not have the breakfast service together. Two cold cereals, and about 4 rolls at shortly after 7am. There was juice and coffee. You may be tempted to go out to breakfast after their breakfast. Nice grounds, big pool. Clean and a good value.

Older motel very well maintained. You do need a car if staying here. About 10 miles north of Clermont on US 27. Between Miami #40southbound#41 and Ocala #40northbound#41 entrances to the Fla Turnpike. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and quiet except for some road noise which you have to expect being just off the highway. Kind of tricky to get to only entrance to/exit from the parking lot is an exit from northbound US27 to Fla19. So its easy to miss.
