It's not really a hotel. It's a condo building with full time residents. There is a guy there who leases several of the units and rents them out through web. The problem is, is that the Brooks Tower staff have no idea what this guy is doing......Checking in took me more than two hours....continued to be bad for the rest of the time there.

I found this hotel last minute for the GSA Convention. It was great, a one bedroom apartment for the same price and in some cases much less expensive than other surrounding hotels. It had a beautiful view of the Front Range and was very quiet. Only 4 blocks from the convention center, 1 block from the performing arts center, and 1 block from 16th Street. Very easy to get to from downtown Denver. Keep in mind there is no breakfast place in the hotel, no concierge, and no one to carry your luggage. Everyone at the front desk are very nice and no need to worry about security.

We stayed here last week in a one bedroom while attending a nutrition conference. We hit the jackpot with this condo!! The front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding, and it's within walking distance to the Convention Center, 16th street mall, etc! The views from the balcony were amazing and there was great security. It's surrounded by restaurants that are great to eat at (looove 24 hour leelas!!). There was free wireless internet which was great since all of us brought our computers. This was a million times better than staying at a hotel because we had a lot more room. In the one bedroom (not the penthouse) there is a full kitchen with fridge, dining room, desk, sofa bed in the living room, balcony with an entrance from the living room and bedroom, a queen size bed in the bedroom, tv in both bedroom and living room, and bathroom with vanity. Everyone was really friendly and we loved to use the fitness room. The only problem we had was that it was hard to find a nearby grocery store without having to take a taxi..This was a lot cheaper than staying in a hotel because we stayed 4 nights. I hope next time I go back to Denver, I can find a room there!
