We were in town for a Reds game and even though this hotel is across the river it was still convenient to most things. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations. The front desk guy was extremely nice and made sure our room was satisfactory. We had a king suite and it was more than enough room for 3 people. If you like crab, close by is a wonderful Joe's Crab Shack.

Stayed at this hotel when traveling to Cincinnati to watch the Cubs vs. Reds series. It was fantastic and it was in a terrific location. We caught the shuttle right outside and rode it to the game but we decided to walk back and it was close enough to do that too! The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast area was kept up well so there was always food available. We stayed for 2 nights and I hated to come home. We will most definitely be back to this hotel! So, close to downtown without paying downtown rates and parking was FREE!!!

We were recently at this hotel and absolutely LOVED it! Everything was very clean, new, convenient to everything and the staff was wonderful! This hotel is brand new so everything was very clean, the beds and pillows were excellent. Well one of the nights I did have the misfortune of sleeping on the pullout sofa in the king suite and that was uncomfortable but all pullouts are in my opinion!). It is really easy to get to, just right across the bridge from Cincinatti and basically found it really easy to get to all the attractions we went to. It took about 5 minutes to get into downtown, ball park, Newport on the Levee, aquarium, etc. Bonus is the city shuttle picks up right across the street and can take you to all those things for $. I had 2 different friends-one stayed at the Millenium, one at the Hyatt and both had terrible experiences and hated their hotels. (PLUS, ours was WAY cheaper!!)(also we werent spending $ for parking here like they were!!) The front desk staff was always friendly and clued us into the city shuttle, gave us attraction info, local pizza reccomendations, etc, they were great!!! Go five minutes over the bridge, it is definelty worth it!!!!
