My fiancee and I went on a weekend getaway and stayed at this hotel. It was very nice. I love luxury and this hotel had it!! From the elegance of the lobby, to the fitness room, the full bar, the pool, the clean and modern rooms and bathrooms to the simplicity of parking, this hotel will far exceed your expectations. I wish that it were on the oceanfront but aside from thatI have no complaints!! There were about 15 nice restuarants within walking distance and some of them deliver. There were also local entertainment sites and shopping.

The lobby has some of the best architecture and style, including a waterwall with jade stones, into a serene wishing pool. A clear staircase asends near the water wall to the convention center area. The pool was small but nice. It was very clean and the room spacious and well appointed. Close to the beach, about 12 mins from the ocean driving, too far to walk though. Over $* per night cheaper than boardwalk and much cleaner, freinds stayed Oceanfront at the barclay it was alot less professional, the cleaning service was poor, and the hotel was dated and had a smell when you entered their room. I did not miss the two rooms and kitchen they had with our one room setup being much nicer. With oceanfront parking garage at $* per day, we saved some money, and had a much better stay in my opinion. More of a business atmosphere than a family hotel, we felt underdressed when there was a convention and we share one lobby, Many resturants, bookstores, etc in the area. The view from our room was the top floor of the parking garage, if anything that would be the one setback to oceanfront but the hotel more than made up for that. Swimming pool is small but very high end
