  stayed early June 2009. Room had one king bed, and fold out sofa bed. The linens and accessories for the pull out bed were sparse, and the blanket had bad odor as if not washed in months (or longer). There was some damage to ceiling as if there had been a leak. Room was fairly clean otherwise. Wireless internet advertised did not pick up signal in room. Continental breakfast was pretty good. Pool was closed a lot while we stayed there.

  My husband and I stayed here recently when visiting family in Seaford area. The hotel is very new and was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and room size was very generous.
  
  There is a continental breakfast in the a.m., a nice size pool area (indoor, and clean!!) Internet available in the lobby.
  
  We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. My husband needs to travel back to seaford in 1 month and plans to stay there again. Hint: we do not recommend the Eagle Diner next door! There are several other restaurants close by.
