Stayed 8 days, found it comfortable and it met our needs. Disappointed in the exerercise room, but the pool was beautiful and the setting in the desert with many trails to hike was great. The living room furniture was uncomfortable and the decorating very sparce. All shopping was close by, but really needed a car to get there.

Comfortable and clean rooms in a peaceful setting. Just minutes from the airport and I-10. Centrally located, but surrounded by hills and hiking trails. Great views of the city. Our unit had a private garage with washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped. Our kids had a great time! I will definitely stay there next time I go to Phoenix.

Accomodations are in a bit of a remote part of South Phoenix. Helps to arrive during daylight hours to find it. Condo was spacious for the money. Full kitchen. Furnishing a bit spartan but adequate. DVD player with TV. Bed very comfortable. Nice pool, hot tub. Some of the exercise equipment was shot, needs replacement. Very good care of grounds. Attentive staff. Condo backs up to a park so hiking was easy. Daily towel/trash service a nice touch. About 25 minutes from Scottsdale, Arizona Biltmore, etc.

This facility is gorgeous. It's surrounded on three sides by the huge South Mountain Preserve. My condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was amazingly friendly. The pool was relaxing. Each unit has a garage so your car doesn't get hot in the desert sun. My only complaint was that the exercise room was very basic with old, broken machines, including the TV. However, there are plenty of hiking trails right outside your door, so who needs a treadmill? I would definitely return..

loved the south mountain location. amazing to see foothills from our room. loved the garage. this is an excellent feature in phx for heat and safety reasons. wish we could have stayed longer. the price with travelocity was * cheaper than calling the hotel directly. pleasantly surprised.
