We were extremely disappointed in this hotel that seriously needs a renovation. It was a complete deception from the web pictures and their brochere! The floor was dirty (rug needed replacing), the toilet didn't flush( just before we were ready to leave), the water in the shower would not shut off, and the pool area was dingy!

PROS: Great location at end of boardwalk. Ocean View was very nice. Has Indoor AND Outdoor Pools. Staff was very nice. One of the less expensive places. Food at pool bar was good. OK parking CONS: Room was very old and run down. Had a mildew smell. Some mold in bathroom. Hallway smelled like urine (like an old-folks nursing home) WiFi did not work Neighbors on both sides very noisey and rude. Walls are paper thin. Can hear everything. Did not like the balcony layout...absolutely NO PRIVACY. Reminded me of a ghetto complex. Entire family came home with bug bites all over. MAYBE bed bug issues. Although location was nice, it's about 10 blocks to the popular area of the boardwalk. Overall, not a bad place considering the price you pay, but we certainly will not be returning. Sometimes it's better to pay a little bit higher in price in order to get better quality.

The hotel was dated with a unique smell in the hallways which i have yet to place. That said, we enjoyed our trip. The room was clean and the staff prompt. My son lived in both the outdoor and indoor pools. Location on the boardwalk was great as was the proximity to dining and activities. We parked the car and walked everywhere or rode the bus. The hotel didn't seem to be a party hotel and we had good nights sleep every night. The beds were even comfortable. All in all I was satisfied.

If you want to enjoy Beautiful Ocean City, don't sleep here! The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors thru the wall at 2am! We slept on the first floor and got to listen to the drums from the band pounding through the floor till midnight. We woke up to a heard of elephants above us every morning. Spend a little extra money and stay someplace else!

Great family experience. Service was very good and Donna from house keeping went the extra mile with fun/tasty recommendations. Kids spent one night in the indoor pool and days on the beach/outdoor pool. Location is fantastic for family at far end of boardwalk! Recommend!!
