  Peace and tranquility is the name of the game here. The staff, on the other hand, has absolutely no power of making decisions without a trail of check with this boss, then their boss, then the Director, then the General Manager, and so forth. They need more immediate and positive decision making power. I could have gone directly to the powers-to-be, but I wanted to exercise the chain of command, give the young ladies an opportunity to prove themselves, of which, to no avail.

  STAYED AT THE GRAND DUCA FOR MY WEDDING NIGHT. WE WERE TREATED HORRIBLY BY THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WHEN WE WALKED IN. THE NEXT MORNING WE OPTED FOR IN ROOM MASSAGES. HOUSEKEEPING KNOCKED ON THE DOOR NOT ONCE BUT TWO TIMES DURING OUR "PEACEFUL MASSAGE". LATER THAT DAY OUR ROOM WAS GIVEN AWAY TO ANOTHER FAMILY WHILE WE WERE STILL OCCUPYING THE ROOM. YES WE WERE IN THE ROOM, THE DAY AFTER OUR WEDDING AND WERE "WALKED IN" ON BY A FAMILY! AFTER MONTHS OF ARGUING WITH THE GRAND DUCA FOR SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION FOR SUCH AN AWFUL STAY AT THEIR HOTEL ALL THEY WILL OFFER US IS A FREE BREAKFAST IF WE CHOOSE TO STAY THERE AGAIN. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  This is an amazing hotel in a fantastic area, stayed here by default as the ususal hotel was booked. What a great bar you can work on your laptop have a beer and sit by the pool. Incredible food did not think there was a restaurant but wow coming back for valentine's wknd to propose. Close to the park to run each morn and office mtgs were around the corner.
  Wish we had something like this is in AL. GF
