Have stayed here the last several years. Group of us make a trip from the DC area twice a year, spring and fall. This is a great place to stay, nice rooms, very nice staff. Close to everything: boardwalk, restaurants and no need to get in the car once you are there. Highly remommended.

Rehoboth Beach is a popular summer destination, and the price of hotel rooms in the area reflect that, but at $2/night, we thought that for what you get, the room was extremely expensive. We had a room with two double beds, which had a microwave and small refrigerator and although it generally clean, the bathroom still could have used a good scrub-down; you could see the dust bunnies in the exhaust vent and the seams around the tub/shower had some mildew growing in them. Otherwise the hotel is a few blocks from the beach, and within a couple of blocks are lots of shops and excellent restaurants. Note that the hotel has no dining room, so you have to go someplace else for breakfast.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very perfumed and no windows could be opened to get fresh air, The outside was not as clean as you would expect. The bathroom was very small but the beach was there and the weather was great.
