  We came here for a romantic getaway, a stay-cation, if you will... The staff was so friendly upon our arrival. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! The breakfast was also a nice added touch to our stay. Like the title says, one of the best we've ever stayed at! Much recommended!

  I stayed at this hotel after having surgery at the nearby hospital. the staff was awesome! they were advised that i was having surgery and went out of there way ...

  I stayed at this hotel after having surgery at the nearby hospital. The staff was awesome! They were advised that I was having surgery and went out of there way to assist me in the room. The room was extremely comfortable, the next best thing to being at home in my own bed. I would definitely stay here again and next time hope to take advantage of the pool etc.

  I highly reccomend this hotel it is immaculate and the rooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. The decor is updated and fabulous. The customer service is outstanding. Very Quiet away from all the hustle and bustle.

  I've stayed at this hotel continually throughout it's opening. The rooms are very big and the employee's will go out of there way to help anyone who is staying there as if they are family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Reno area
