I stayed here with family. The hotel, rooms, & pool were all very nice. The front desk person did the minimum required. We were disappointed that we did not have 2 rooms together, or at least on the same floor, and his attitude was, too bad for you, and made no attempt to even check to see if he could help us with a resolution. The breakfast was nice, waffles were good. The "breakfast lady" was very pleasant, helpful, and kept the dining area stocked & clean. We had to travel quite a distance for other meals, not much nearby.

I stayed there on a holiday with my husband, brother and sister-in-law. A wonderful hotel! We enjoyed both the pool and the hot tub. There was a nice full breakfast with a very pleasant breakfast staff lady. The breakfast was well stocked and replenished right up to the end of the breakfast hours (a good thing, because we often slept in). The front desk staff were very helpful. They even let me use their front printer to print off Reds tickets ordered online. I also read two books from the free library in the lobby. Plus, it's right across the street from a Gold Star Chili. What more could you want?

The hotel is very clean and looks as though it was recently remodeled. There is a small porch out front with swings and rocking chairs-a nice touch. We have not used the indoor pool, but it looks very clean. It is less than a 10 minute drive from Riverbend Music Center. The breakfast was quite filling and a lot to choose from-waffles you make yourself, yogurt, bagels, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee or tea. My husband and I have stayed there 3 times, and we will stay again when we go to Riverbend.

I stayed here for a conference at NKU, so I was able to get a great rate, and I was upgraded to a suite at no cost. Everything was clean, comfortable, and efficient. I would recommend this hotel for NKU events travelers. I hope that NKU will make it an official conference hotel because it is a nice and affordable place to stay.
