I recently booked a room with Sam's Town Tunica online for my 5th wedding anniversary. I was really pleased with the rates, as well as the accomodations. Our room was very nice, and the hotel staff was very courteous. It was the weekend after New Year's, so the hotel was completely booked, but we recieved fast, friendly service despite the rush. We will definitely be going back.

I was a little disappointed with the room. We were on the top floor and there was a buzzing noise all night from something on the roof. It kept us up almost all night. My key card didn't work, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly and it was a very long walk from our room to the hotel lobby and casino.

Ms. Pat was wonderful at the front desk check-in. Thanx a bunch!!! Reserved (2) rooms for (2) nights. Upon online reservation didn't get a chance to select twin beds for (1) room and couldn't be accommodated at the front desk. IMHO it seemed like too much of a hassle for them to change it. Valet service was EXCELLENT!!! Sorry I couldn't leave a rating for them. The guys did a wonderful job and were very professional and helpful. After waiting over 30 minutes for housekeeping to send up 2 wash clothes, asked maid in hallway and she said she didn't have ANY EXTRA. Waited another 15 minutes called the front desk to have them call. Another 15 minutes then asked a different maid and received 2 wash clothes. Wish I could have rated housekeeping seperately from the other services I surely would have rated them VERY POOR. Room was VERY CLEAN. Bathroom was VERY CLEAN. In room movies were OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE $* + Tax in addition to watching them on a 19" TV just wasn't going to cut it Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This was our daughters 21th B-Day Celebration. The hotel rooms (we had 4 rooms) were clean, spacious and had all the little comforts that we enjoyed. The staff was friendly for the most part . We had the buffet it was delicious. We checked in on Sunday afternoon and had time to relax by the pool with our family. There was no wait time in any activity that we wanted to do. The only thing that could have made this more enjoyable was to walk away with the Jackpot.
