I was in town for a video game convention and stayed here because of it's proximity to the convention center. as a seasoned traveler I have come to expect certain things out of my hotels. now I know that I cannot control the people who stay in the hotel but at one in the morning If I can hear what is going on down the hall that is a bad thing. second, the internet was poor even though it had a fee attached to it. I understand that a complimentary internet might not be as good as at home BUT one that I am paying for should be at least be able to get on facebook in less than 15 minutes. the room was nice and clean. the beds comfortable. and when getting back at 12 after being on your feet all day it was a welcome respite. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. when I checked my bags at the desk on my last day to tour Boston a little when I got back the attendant started rambling on and on about how they are entitled to tips... I always tip... I was going to tip... but he kept talking and making me and my traveling companion very uncomfortable. Even after I had given him a $* bill he kept going on... I was thoroughly annoyed by that. In the future I will probably stay at a hotel down the block...

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean room, extremely comfortable beds, great ameneties and friendly and efficient staff. The only negative I saw (only a very minor one) was that it's relatively far from restaurants and downtown in the sense of "being right there" where all the restaurants and downtown attractions are. However, this point is moot if you're taking a cab. I would absolutely stay here in the future if i'm in Boston again.

The hotel is located away from the busy area of town, but easily accessible to the subway. It was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable! Loved using the plush robe. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. I thought it was wonderful to see pets were allowed to stay. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and thought it was delicious!! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was lovely. Everything was very clean. The rooms were a nice size with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was a quick cab fare from all the popular destinations- museums, aquarium and Quincy Market. The only downside is that parking is expensive @ $* per night and they also charge for wireless if used in room (as opposed to lobby area).

Check-in was the quickest/easiest I've ever encountered. Very professional/courteous front desk staff. The room was nicely appointed. Very quiet - never heard any of the other guests even though I spent alot of time in the room. Direct connection to Convention Center made it easy for my daughter to get to/from her dance program. T just down the street made for easy access to the rest of Boston. Every staff member we had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back.
