Stayed for 1 night, but will be returning next time we go to Boston. The room was clean and comfortable- the bathroom even had towel warmers and mini Kiehl's products. There was a mini-fridge, which I have found to be disappearing in moderately-priced hotels. The staff was very courteous. The only caveat was parking. The valet service cost $*, without tip. Park in a nearby garage instead.

We loved our stay and wished it could have been longer. The hospitality was excellent!!! A very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also excellent. Comfortable bed, clean and pretty much everything you could want on an overnite stay. I would highly recommend the Back Bay.

We arrived in Boston to visit colleges, and we were thrilled with the comfort, elegance, and service that this hotel provided. We would definitely stay here again! We felt pampered with all of the little extras--terry cloth robes, slippers, expresso machine, chocolates, cheerful and helpful staff, and a very nice bar downstairs. The only thing the hotel should improve upon is the comfort of the roll-away bed. The mattress itself has wires in it that were very uncomfortable for the person sleeping on it. They should consider replacing those mattresses or warning guests that they are not very comfortable.

The Back Bay Hotel in Boston was a wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the shopping and restaurants in the area were excellent. All attractions in downtown boston were within walking distance, and the subway green and orange lines were both within 2 blocks. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean.
