price was very good. accommodations in the single room was very tight, spartan. other rooms were somewhat more spacious. clean but a bit worn. good breakfast, friendly staff, good location and the neighborhood is getting a re-hab with many places to eat and entertain. not a bad walk at all to the metro connection, walking was very safe all around. would stay again, but opt for the larger room

Our stay was wonderful. Staff extremely friendly and accomodatomg. Room are small, but I was expecting that. Breakfast was great. A couple of times we were late and staff offered to bring everything out for us. Rooms were clean.

Did not have rooms we reserved, had to change room type. Separate rooms, no elevator, advised parking was "in the street" - tow zone in front of hotel. No elevator, breakfast - no milk but plenty of cereal, bagels - no cream cheese, coffee - no cream....

OMG!!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. I don`t know how they can write that it is clean. The paint is peeling of the doors, it smells horrible and I was scared to stay there over night. They don`t even have an iron or ironing board, not even tissues. I would never stay there again. This hotel should have 0 stars not two.

Even though the room was small it was not a bad place to stay at. Few blocks from the metro and the white house. We found free parking in the street right in front of the hotel. We were glad to find out that even after checking out the hotel held our suitcases until we decided to leave DC. There are a lot of restaurant in the streets near by.
