I have eaten at the restaurant a few times for lunch and seem to get the same server.She was very professional and new her menu. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant for a business lunch/dinner or a night on the town with the one you love.

Hilton was clean and all staff was friendly & outgoing. Our reservation was mistakenly changed, but the hotel staff went out of their way to make us happy. There were four of us in a room - 2 adults & 2 teens and we were comfortable. Catch 31 restaurant was excellent! Best restaurant by far in the area. Room service was quick & food was delicious. We had access to the Empyrean Club and the breakfast, snacks & drinks there were very good. Hilton is a great location with bands playing in the park next door. Oceanfront views were outstanding along with fireworks display on July 4th. Only disappointment was at the Activities desk - every time we stopped to get beach towels, chairs, etc. the staff spoke to us about a time share. We would definitely stay again.

A recent stay at the Hilton Va Beach Oceanfront was very disappointing. There were blood stains on the "clean" sheets and vomit on the floor in the hallway outside of the elevators. Also, the breakfast wait staff was terrible. We waited 18 minutes and asked 2 other waiters and the hostess for help but nobody showed up at our table so we we left. With the premium room rates we expected a premium service, but I guess that management cares only about the money. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had a handicapped room on the Honors floor with a view of the beach. It was the room closest to the main road but we still had a great view. The room was wonderful. We ate in the restaurant, went outside into the hot tub (it was in the 20's), and used the exercise room. The only things we didn't like is the vent from the steakhouse is on the top floor with the outdoor pool and hottub. Our hair smelled like wood smoke and steak and the outside door we came out was locked when we went back in. Fortunately, there was a side door open but since we were went and it was below freezing and windy, we were worried that we'd be spending the night in the hot tub. There was no phone outside to call anyone. We parked our own car across the street and took the enclosed walkway across.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was decorated for the holidays and gorgeous. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Service in the outside bar area was poor, unfortunately. Rooms were large and comfortable. Can't wait to go back!!
