Ice maker in fridge didn't work, NO ICE MACHINE ON PREMISES, electrical outlet on sink did not work, toilet flushed if and when it wanted. Maid service only every 3 days!!! Pool and game room closed.

My young child and I stayed here for a week and had no problems. The sheets were clean, towels were easily exchanged and when I encountered a small difficulty with the ice maker I was given the help I requested. I had been a little worried after reading previous reviews but I had none of the problems that others had. We stayed in the studio suite and it was small but worked for myself and child. There was a small bottle of dishwashing soap, a packet of dish detergent, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and hot pads. The kitchenette was great for making snacks/meals to take with us to Disneyland especially since we both have food allergies. We did not use the laundry services nor the small mini store they have available but both were made available to us if the need arose. The ART stops right in front of the hotel for easy access to Disneyland, I bought our multi day pass prior to leaving and it was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. All the staff I encountered were very courteous and helpful. I plan on staying there again and again.

I booked this hotel thru travelocity on 12 feb in the afternoon. Just to tell everyone reading this , that if you are not very frequent traveller and go for a trip in once a year then better go thru sites like travelocity. I got a difference of almost 33% from what the hotel offered me directly and what i got from travelocity. The hotel room was OK, though the carpet was pretty dirty but since my target was just to stay close to Disneyland and i just wanted hotel for few hours in the night so it didnt matter much. THE HOTEL PROVIDES INTERNET BUT YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR ETHERNET CABLE, THERE IS NO WIFI SO DONT THINK THAT YOUR IPHONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS PHONE WOULD GET INTERNET THRU WIFI , THIS WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTING AND IS NOT MENTIONED ON HOTEL WEBSITE, WHO CARRIES A ETHERNET CABLE ALL THE TIME WITH THE LAPTOP? There is a shuttle that stops right in the front of the hotel and that takes you to disneyland for fee of 4$ per person per day. so you can go and come back in 4$. Good thing is that the hotel is so close that even if you stay in disneyland till 12 and catch the last shuttle of 1230, you can be in bed as early as 1245. Hotel reception also has the tickets for disneyland and other theme parks but its better to buy from the park itself, as they have offers like park hopper ticket etc which hotel doesnt have. hotel reception is not very much cooperative except lady Nancy. Overall if you want a cheap hotel very close to disney YES, if looking for excellent service NO. The hotel also has kitchen .

We paid rock bottom prices for our stay here, and even that was too much. The pictures that are posted here show decent rooms with clean carpets and bright lighting. We arrived to find a lovely lobby with a very unhelpful desk attendant. When we asked about a place to eat, he was unable to tell us other than to go down the street. They advertise a spa. It was so brown we couldn't see the bottom. This is also the only hotel around without a pool. And instead of the lovely "remodelled" rooms that are advertised on the hotel website, we found a room with harsh and inconsistent lighting. There was also a nice hole in the bathroom door, about the size of my head. The matress was hard and uncomfortable. The carpet felt dirty. The game room...closed indefinitely. The gym room...part of the laundry center and most machines were old or broken. I will NEVER stay here again. I recommend that no one else stay here either. Seriously.

My stay was in December, so it wasn't very crowded. My room was clean and very nicely furnished. It had all of the features I needed: complete kitchen, internet hook-up, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The covered parking garage was nice. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I made it a point to speak to them personally and greet them as I went in and out. I was there for an entire week for meetings, rather than Disneyland. I chose this hotel because of the features and the excellent price on the studio suite. The location was convenient enough for getting to and from my meetings. I would definitely consider staying there again.
