We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and took good care of us. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff made sure we had what we needed and was respectful of the fact that we were spending a few days there, and a good part of the day in the room. It is adjacent to the beautiful town center, which was a great place to take a walk and shop and enjoy breakfast. Also, there was a mall across the road and it was also conveniently located near a number of other stores. We hope to stay again.

We have stayed here twice but mainly because it is convenient to a nearby concert amphitheater. Coffee and tea is not available 24 hours--we like coffee!! DO NOT spend your money on the breakfast buffet--way overpriced for what you get; plus they start shutting it down before the time officially ends. Instead, go to the nearby IHOP--which is what we will do for now on. Both times we stayed there the staff have been friendly. It is slightly overpriced for the room, but we are paying for its location. Don't like parking in the garage because it doesn't seem security conscious.

We stayed here on our way to VA beach. Great location! We walked to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and then to breakfast at the Silver Dinner. Both were very good! We enjoyed a jazz band in the local town center.

I have tried this hotel twice but will not return. The employee that monitors the breakfast area is so very unprofessional and rude that I was left speechless. Several guests were witness to his disrespect and voiced their concerns and said they too would not stay again. There is an excellent hotel --The Westin---on the same block that I would recommend you stay at. This Garden Inn is not up to the usual Hilton standards. Beware!
