( ratings not working in this site, not sure what the 1-5 rating will show up as-all were about a 2)Dont get room * loudest hotel ever. Maybe it was the location of our room-at the end of a stairwell, and next to the maids station. Woken up both days at 7am by kids on stairs and maids yelling in the halls, 2 other rooms alarms, and other rooms phones ringing. Romm set up terrible. 1 mirror in room, small bathroom counter, hair dryer broken, dark shower, tiolet didnt flush right, parking bad. maids didnt put sheets on right-they were backwards, and came off at 2am. and thin walls!!!

Clean rooms. Plenty of room for all of us. The pool area was clean. Although we did have to ask for pool towels a couple times but that didnt bother us. Even tho is was the middle of Feb, the pool was always being used. Check in was quick and easy. Within walking distance of Disneyland. The rooms were always cleaned. Breakfast was good. But deffinatly geared for kids. Lots of sweet breakfast items. One thing I didnt like was the kids running around at 7am. But then again it is a family hotel. So you have to expect kids everywhere. You can see the fireworks from the hotel. Great experiance.

Hotel room was a little "run down"..needed some repairs, expected a little nicer room for the amount of $ we paid. Hotel put us on the 3rd floor even though there was obvious un-occupied rooms on lower floors.(we stayed there in the middle of the week) Also, when we went to purchase our Anaheim Resort Transit tickets from their little store on the premises, the woman in the store was rude...not professional AT ALL!....One of the good things was the housekeeping...we stayed there for a total of 3 nights and the housekeeping was very on top of things...even coming back to our room in the middle of the afternoon to check and make sure everything was o.k. and to see if we needed anything. Very nice lady. Overall, I probably would not stay at that hotel again....we've been to much nicer hotels for the amount of $$ we had to shell out.

11/07/2010Location is good for disney visitors and the hotel is geared for families who are staying 2 days or more. very clean but was surprised by the wood laminate floors ...
Location is good for Disney visitors and the hotel is geared for families who are staying 2 days or more. Very clean but was surprised by the wood laminate floors as opposed to carpeting which might account for a little louder noise level from other rooms. Bed comfort was just okay.

06/27/2010Took over an hour to check in. we reserved two rooms and the staff tried to give us seperated rooms, not adjoining. there was a couple of big wet spots ...
Took over an hour to check in. We reserved two rooms and the staff tried to give us seperated rooms, not adjoining. There was a couple of big wet spots on the beds. Parking was horrible.
