Important Hotel Information
- Guests must pay a 65.00 cleaning fee per reservation directly to the property
- All guests will be responsible for paying a 5.95 plus tax resort fee per room, per night at check-in.
- The Resort also has a Damage Waiver Fee done at the time of check in. It is a onetime authorization of 200.00 . Upon check out if there is no damages to the room the authorization is released. We prefer guest use a Major Credit Card, but we will also accept Debit Cards. Prepaid cards are not allowed. Each transaction of return depends on the financial institution. (Normally 3 �� 5 business days).

We took our three children and booked a three bedroom condo here. The check in was very easy even though we got in really late. They were very friendly. When we drove up to our building it was very quiet and clean. The condo was huge. We were very surprised at the size. We had two bedrooms in the front that were large, a dining area, full kitchen, living room, bathroom and then our master bedroom with a master bath. Off of the living room and master bedroom were screened in porches, very nice. The place was clean, the only thing I wish it didn't have wall to wall carpeting, I think it keeps a smell to it. The pool areas were plenty and clean. It was also a nice surprise to get free movie rentals for the length of our stay. The only thing to know is you have to supply your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. It was only about 25 minutes from SeaWorld, Disney, etc. Super Walmart is only 5 min down the road. We would definitely stay here again

I have to say that staying at bahama bay was great. If you are coming from the airport its a nice little drive. The check in was a breeze. Once we entered our room we were impressed from the start. The rooms where spacious and very clean. We received excellent service and did not want to leave.

great place to stay this was our second time and both trips were wonderful. The first trip the guy at the front desk asked if we wanted a 3 bedroom instead of the 2 i book for no charge. i of course accecpted. rooms were clean and neat area safe even though the gate guard doesnt do anything when u drive in just waves sometimes. will stay here again!

great place to stay this was our second time and both trips were wonderful. The first trip the guy at the front desk asked if we wanted a 3 bedroom instead of the 2 i book for no charge. i of course accecpted. rooms were clean and neat area safe even though the gate guard doesnt do anything when u drive in just waves sometimes. will stay here again!

The rooms are very spacious but outdated. There are only 2 outdated tv's in the condo. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. There is no housekeeping but you have to pay a $*leaning fee for when you leave. There are no complimentary supplies (ie. shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish liquid, soap or washing powder) Even the cheap hotels provide you with these. For a fee you can go down to the clubhouse and purchase washing powder and dish liquid. Fortunately for us I always bring my own shower supplies. The site says that you have a nice view from your balcony showing the nice landscaping. Not for us. Our balcony showed 5 other condos and a small pool. The site says 4 heated pools, our pool was not. We complained and was told that the pool company they use will have to fix that next week not during the weekend hours. The bar is closed during the winter. They do not tell you till after you pay *dollars for cleaning after you leave and a *per night per stay resort fee that there is an additional *dollar credit card ONLY deposit fee for damages. When asked where the mini movie theater was located they said they don't have that. Its on their site! The security guard was never at his post for the "gated community" It was more of an apartment complex. Did not have much of a vacation when I had to do all the cleaning myself! Will not stay again. Not worth the extra money. We had the 2bd/2ba. Only one sink in the bath and there is NOT a seperate tub even tho the site says there is. It had dust was not clean!
