This hotel is centrally located to ALL Arlington entainment venues, the Parks at Arlington shopping center, and good dining choices. The staff is efficient and courteous, the hotel is very clean, our room was quiet, and the indoor pool and spa was fantastic. The departure/arrival times for the trolley were displayed on a large screen in the lobby and regularly updated. This is a great hotel and we'll definitely stay here again when in Arlington.

Not impressed with this Crowne Plaza. Hotel staff seemed totally unprepared for the rolling blackouts that they knew were coming. Spent 1-2 hours with no power, windows were dripping wet and frozen on the inside in the a.m., breakfast was served freezing cold, left early to stay warm.

Hotel room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the Arlington Trolley which took us to our destination which was the Ballpark and picked us up at the conclusion of the game. It was nice to not have to drive in all the traffic. The only problem we had was actually getting to the hotel. It's located right off I30 but you have to know exactly how to get to the streets or you can go in circles, seeing the hotel but not finding a way to get to it. We would certainly recommend the hotel to others.
