I have stayed here before and again I had a wonderful time. I was in Philly for a concert and the access to the venue as well as any of the sport venues is so easy. Although at the airport the planes cause no issue. Plus I was by the elevator and had no excess noise. Plus NO BED BUGS which is always a plus. They are friendly and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big. It was a great stay.

The hotel room was fine. Comfortable king bed, space to unpack, coffee machine, tourist info, ironing supplies, nice staff, etc. A few issues: 1. The shower was not in good condition. There were black marks in the corners (not mold) and there was one small patch (a quarter the size of a penny) that I could swear was mold. I'm not the type of person to make a stink about something like that, but the cost of the room was over $***/night so that should not be there. 2. The toilet was horrible and barely flushed. No, I don't have any horror stories, but this could have been a bad thing after a night on the town. 3. I stayed in a 3rd floor unit that was next to the stair case and I have to say I could hear EVERYTHING. They should insulate that wall better and make that unit more comparable to other units that aren't next to the stairs. We could even clearly hear the ice machine which was on the other side of the stair case. Nothing to go crazy over, but when one drop over $*** a night, one expects more. 4. It was next to impossible to find how to enter the parking lot in the first pass and then I get surprised with a $*/day parking fee. Not much, but do you have to gouge the customer even more? This is pretty standard nowadays, so I won't really hold this against the hotel as it's like that in most places. In sum, I won't stay here again but I wouldn't tell people to straight up avoid the place. The room was like a very nice motel at a hotel's price.

Excellent property. Has been renovated recently. Good sized rooms (no bathroom ventilation fans) in excellent condition. A very bright and modern appearance in public common areas. Rooms are bright, sunny, and well decorated. Very comfortable. Has all the electronic connects and a desk. Small clothing storage area (if more than 1 occupant). Downtown approx 15 min - 30 min away, dependent upon traffic and work on the Bridge. Informal restaurant and bar (Breakfast is pricey) and free lobby computer internet access. Has a small concession kiosk near desk area. Ample parking and frequent (Q-30 min) airport shuttles. The 4 Points is clustered with 2 other Sheraton properties, take exit 13, approx 3-5 min from airport. Tricky to get to coming back from downtown Philly...have to take the airport exit 12 when coming from the north, then left on Island Ave. All the Starwood special programs apply, incl the free weekend days. Great little property. The other Sheraton Hotels in this cluster are the Sheraton Suites and a W Hotel (A-Lofts). All are well appointed. I will stay there again when in the Philly area.
