The hotel staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was clean everywhere. The price was great and they even upgraded my room at no charge. I have stayed at many hotels in Ocean city but this would be the only one I will stay at from now on. The downstairs restaurant was a little pricey until I saw the portion size and then it was worth it. The meal was done perfectly and the host and server were excellent. I took my wife back two days after this trip and she loved the place. I highly recommend this place as a weekend get away for marrieds if they need a rest from kids and work. The view of the ocean from 7th floor was great. And access to beach was easy for a morning walk with wife. Also recommend Dumser's restaurant for breakfast. Great food and reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again

This was our 1st visit to Ocean City in over 13 years. The location is perfect if you're looking for a quiet location with a view of the water. BUT - the hotel needs to be updated. The beds definitely sink to the middle. The bathroom fan didn't work and didn't fit properly in the ceiling. The hallway floors have an obvious slope leading to some of the rooms. The DVD player didn't work. The front desk promised to send someone but no one ever arrived. The indoor pool area also needed updating with obvious staining on the walls and old doors. The outdoor pool was the best part of the entire stay.

Stayed here for a large convention. Evidently I had a room that had been re-done however the beds were easily from 15 years ago. Forget sleeping 2 to a bed. Everyone rolls to the center. Had to use the cushions for the sofa bed to sleep on the floor. The sofa bed was useless. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Maybe a decent party hotel for college kids but don't stay here if you expect more than a roach motel. When I complained to the front desk, her response was "oh, sorry". That's it. Not sincere and didn't care that I was a priority club member. Guess I'll go back to the Marriott chain.
