The hotel room itself was nice. But the Indian woman that was there was rude to my mother. I had payed for an extra day and she said she didn't accept that. I gave an Indian man the money for the room for 1 extra night. Why didn't the man tell the woman that? Why did she give my mom a hard time about our staying one more night. I was annoyed. Also there was a Motel 6 two blocks away that was $*** per night. It was cheaper and I was annoyed that travel website didn't give me that room for that ammount.

The women in the office were rude from the moment we walked in. One was on the phone and the other found our presence intrusive in her day. She grudingly checked us in-giving us a different room from the one we had reserved in advance. The breakfast that was offered turned out to be in a different motel that was up the road from this Super 8, a fact not made known to us when we reserved the room. We would never stay in a Super 8 again anywhere. We went to the Finger Lakes region of NY in July, 2007 and did not look at the Super 8 motels in the area at all.
