Buses take guests from the Orlando International Airport to the Disney Resort hotel, while the bags are transported and taken straight to the hotel room. My family and I recently stayed at the Disney Pop Century Resort and had a great time. We stayed for 8 nights and contemplated staying two more. The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and couldn't have been more accomodating. The room was clean, a little bit small, but comfortable none the less. The size of the room wasn't an issue for us since all we did was sleep there. This is a big resort and you will do quite a bit of walking, but you will be doing alot of walking at all the parks too. Its part of a Walt Disney World vacation. The bus service was wonderful. We never waited more than a few minutes. If you leave a little later or earlier than the crowds then you may be able to avoid standing-room only on your bus ride. My biggest recommedation is that you should definitely either pack a cooler with food or get the meal plan. Eating at the parks and resorts is EXPENSIVE. The parks have no restrictions on brown bagging your lunch and snacks. The resort also has some fun things for the kids to do during the day. In the lobby they had a DJ and hula hoops for the kids to play with while they wait at check-in. It is a great resort for kids. Very colorful and fun and you can't beat the value. We will definitely stay there again.
