great location. rooms were clean, roomy, comfortable and inviting. staff was outstanding. did use the business center, was not able to avail myself of the fitness room or pool. right next to the Indians ball park and a ten minute walk to a great selection of restaurants. would be my first choice to stay on a return to the area.

The staff was rude, (we told a server there was something paper like floating in our glasses, and she looked at us like she didn't speak english and walked away) the food was TERRIBLE. Drier and more flavorless than Wendy's fries. The hotel security was inept, clueless, and lacking in ability to handle problems on site.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was very polite and helpful. Came to Cleveland to see Yanks so it was really convenient to Progressive Field, a walk across two streets. No problems, would stay there again. Less than an hour to Pro Football HOF and a few blocks to R and R HOF.

Great location, close to ballpark. Rooms are fine, everything comfortable. Low water flow showerheads are ridiculous! Isn't Cleveland on a very large lake?? Free internet is great!! Fitness room is nice, pools good. little walk to other stuff downtown. Good value. Desk staff were very helpful, exceeded our expectations.
